An amazing evening I was fortunate enough to spend shooting the beautiful coast of Costa Rica. Soon, I'll post an updated journal with some info on my trip.
This was a difficult exposure for me. The sky was much brighter than the black volcanic rocks so I hand held a 3 hard stop GND filter and moved it during the exposure to avoid the unmistakable line of a stationary GND filter. I don't like to spend a lot of time post processing so as usual my goal was to get the exposure the best as possible while shooting.
Canon 5D. 24-105mm. Circ Polarizer. 3HS GND filter.
