Ostler Peak in Utah's High Uintas mountain range catches the last rays of a sunset. The smoke from the fires spread across the state give the unobstructed sunset light a fiery orange haze, adding to the drama of an already dramatic landscape. You can see the nearly full moon making an early appearance in the top left of the image.

Am I just imagining things or was this picture on KSL news a couple days ago? If you didn't put it there, you may want to investigate because I swear I saw this :wow:
This makes me want to go back to the Uintas so bad! I went backpacking there two years ago and it was such a good time. The scenery is remarkable :) Is this anywhere by Grandaddy Lake or Fish Hatchery Lake? That's where I went.
