Some of the brightest oranges and yellows I've seen this fall happened to be on the hillside behind this mountain stream. The composition was impossible to miss.

Canon 5D. 24-105 L. Circ Polarizer. 3HS GND filter.

Wasatch Range, Utah.

Its the canyon just to the north of big cottonwood, its entrance is about 3800 south.
