I like the contrast from the bright to dark sky. Great cloud cover and light.

Nice scene and great clouds but the dark clouds in the upper left is overpowering. It's too dark. I'd crop the image to remove that whole 1/3rd of the image and I think that the right 2/3rds would stand on its own. I also don't like the overpowering bright yellow behind the dark cloud. So I'd crop that part (as I said..) for that reason too.

I actually thought the same thing and tried cropping it out, but it seemed to take away from the dynamic of the clouds so I kept it, I just liked the wider version better. I only adjusted curves and contrast there, so its not too far from what the scene looked like.

Then clone it out or crop that top part of the whole frame. The dark cloud distracts in a bad way. All the ego-stroking here in these forums you'll it's difficult to get an honest or experienced feedback except "Wow I love it!!"

I agree that it is hard to get good feedback here, I appreciate your thoughts but its subjective, the dark cloud doesn't bother me at all.

It's a very nice shot nevertheless. Yes its subjective. Many people would pay money to have it all on their walls/magazines/etc. Congrats.
